Each employee that I have come in contact with from the loan officer, to the service desk, down to the gentlemen who wash the cars have all been very professional and accommodating. Renee is great, he helped me get a loan when nobody else could. Thanks to Randolph Brooks and to Renee !!! more

This is for Renee in Austin. Easiest car buying experience ever!! This guy is very laid back and easy to work with. Very professional and was very knowledgeable about their cars. I called him wanting to purchase a car but after he showed me all the different ways of shopping for a car I ended up getting an incredible new Forte. I will defiantly recommend Renee In Austin to others. And thanks also to Randolph Brooks. more

I had my financing done thru Randolph Brooks and I wanted to thank Renee for helping me get it done thru them. I went to Time Auto and Drivetime and they wanted more than what I had for a down payment. One dealership even wanted to put a gps inside the car. WTF?? But Renee helped me get a good car (Chevy Impala) and a great interest rate. Thanks again Randolph Brooks (and Renee). more
