Good location 11/11/2005

great location, very big property and friendly staff. Its located very close to all grocery stores and gas stations. Bus stop is right outside of the apprtment. Pros: Police staion very close to the property. more

Convienient to Austin and Round Rock 11/3/2005

The Renaissance at North Bend apartments are very nice. They offer very spacious 2 bedrooms apartments, some with pool views and fireplaces. The covered parking is very convenient, and the garages and covered spaces are affordable. They are in a very quiet area too. There is a police station next door, and a Sonic right next to that. more

GREAT APARTMENT LOCATION IN NORTH AUSTIN 8/20/2005

The Renaissance Apartments are located right off Parmer Lane and Metric Blvd. They are only a few minutes away from I35 and Mopac. They have great, a very large pool, clean gym, and the apartment sizes are excellent for the price. Our 3rd floor apartment has a great gas fireplace, and the kitchen is very spacious. We also had a walk in closet. more
