Attentive service by business owner 12/24/2015

There's a refreshing absence of corporate politics, pressure and posturing ... Kinda nice. Time and energy appear to go to people, and getting them the information and service they need -- not selling what they don't. Quick turn around on vehicle repairs and responsive all around. Expect my recent repair was done well (which more driving will inevitably show)-- and the adequate warranty on work done ensures limited worry. more

Replacing Headlight 12/11/2015

I called and got an estimate of the cost yesterday, got an appointment today and they got the work done fast. I like everyone who works there. They are courteous, friendly and professional. My only concern is my turning signal appears to suddenly intermittent for the first time so I wonder if today's service caused that. If it gets worse, I will call and hope they can fix it. more

Car Feels New After Each Visit 9/15/2015

The guys down at Rempt have taken care of my Volvo since my warrantee ran out. To be honest, they did a better job servicing it than the Volvo dealership I went to. I had about 10 things wrong with my car the last time I went in. They were able to not only get everything fixed in just a few short days, but also give me the best possible price out of anyone I know in the area. They are a no nonsense group of guys who will get your car fixed and shoot straight with you on what needs to be done to not only fix your car, but replace things that need to be so you don't ruin the car in the near future. I would recommend Rempt to anyone who owns a Volvo and doesn't want to pay an arm and a leg at a dealership or some other shop. more

We took our town car in for a diagnosis of a problem with the car. After about a 2 hour wait we were given an estimate of repairs. First we were told that the diagnosis should take about an hour and it took twice as long. We still decided to leave the car there for the repair. The price of the repair that they quoted was about 430$ (parts and labor), later we found out the price of the part needed is only around 45$ and they were going to charge us 180$ for just the part and so we choose not to have any work done here. Later we had a friend of ours put the part in and it didn't fix the problem so the diagnosis was wrong and can not trust what they say. So customer service is poor and prices are too high, take your car somewhere else and save your money! more
