Reliable Movers Inc

I used Reliable Movers Inc. for two different moves- my stuff from storage, and my brother's stuff from his from POD. It turned out super! They were hard workers, very professional, and they did great work. They were reliable and strong. They brought everything up to our third floor apartment with no elevator! I have already recommended Reliable Movers Inc. to my coworkers. They were very professional, respectful, and strong. I have no complaints. If you plan on moving, call them! more

Reliable Movers were on time and quick. They handled our things very carefully as if they were their own. If we asked them to place our things in a different room, there was no hesitation and did whatever we asked them to do. I felt they were very qualified movers and a high quality company. more

I used Reliable Movers two times within two weeks to move from one apartment to the other in different floors. Dominique, one of the employees, was the lead both times and was fantastic, but Carlos is my biggest complaint. So, I would rate Dominique's 5 stars and the overall 4 stars is due to Carlo's service. We had scheduled an appointment with them two weeks in advance. Carlos called us notifying they were going to be there in the afternoon instead of morning, as we had previously scheduled. Thereafter, for our second move, he called us again to change our appointment from evening to morning. So, he swapped our schedule two times. It was okay both times, but it might not work in the future. I feel he needs to be more consistent. He also cut me off on the phone when I was trying to give compliments about his employees, in particular, Dominique's team. On the other hand, Dominique's team was outstanding! He called me ahead of time. He had forgotten something and he made sure to call me in advance to apologize. He was very very accommodating and even helped us move some things in our car that were not expected for them to move. They were very thoughtful and came during the time window they said they would come. more

Reliable Movers had good movers, but unprofessional management. The movers were easy to work with. There was one dresser that got a little damaged but that was about it. Everything else was good. The problem with our service came at the end with Carlos. We had issues with the final cost of the service. Carlos said my husband and I were liars and even called my husband derogatory names. I wouldn't wish that experience with Carlos on any one. I would not recommend his service. more

Professional more

This was the second time I worked with Carlos and Reliable Movers. They helped me with a local move this time. Overall, the guys were very good. I only had one minor issue this time. The guys that helped with the move were great. Carlos and his team were very professional. Every time they moved the furniture and noticed any nicks or damage, they would inform me about them. Their prices are also pretty good. My only complaint was about the start time. I had scheduled my recent move for 9 am, but they arrived around 8 am. I had to run across town to meet with them, which disrupted the schedule I had set for that morning. That might not have been an issue, but they started the clock around 8:45 am which was still before my scheduled time. Other than that, I had no issues with them. I will likely use them again for an upcoming move. more

Reliable Movers Inc. helped me with my local but major move. They were very communicative and they provided excellent service. When I first called them on the phone, Juanita, the boss' wife, answered, and she was very informative and helpful. This was the third moving company I called to get information regarding my move, and she won me over. She did a walk through, so I knew exactly what to expect. Greg and Dominic came and moved things for me, and they were a lot of fun to work with, and did exactly what they were supposed to do. They explained everything, and they were professional and careful with my belongings. I watched them move my belongings and they wrapped everything in the truck. They were also personable and were joking with me, and I with them. The move was kept under the budget. They did a great job. I would recommend them to anybody. more
