Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning

I purchased this unit and had it installed from Reliable Heating and Air Conditioning in Chattanooga, TN. The installer is certified by Maytag as the installer for the area. It has been 15 months since the install. The HVAC Company has been out 9 times to fix the system and have gone as far as to replace the outside unit. At this moment I have no heat unless I run on Auxiliary. My power bill (I have copies of the last 24 months of bills) has not changed since installation. I am asking one last time for help from you here. If I cannot get the unit fixed, I am taking legal action against both you for certifying the installer and the installer for the shoddy workmanship. I ask that you contact me ASAP with a resolution. more

I've used Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning forever. Recently, they sold me and installed a new AC unit. I will continue using them. They are reliable, professional and always do a good job. more

This was my first experience with Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning. I thought they did a great job. They did what needed to get done. They were a good group of guys. They installed 2 new May Tag AC units, which are working great and they did some duct work too. It was a big, big job. I'd use them again. more

Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning is wonderful. I've been a customer of theirs for many, many years now and I'm not going anywhere else. Recently, they replaced my unit. It wasn't our first time using Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning, we've used them for a couple of years for maintenance. They showed up when they said they would to install the new units for us. Everything with them was very good. I think what separated them from any other company you might work with in this company is they are as responsive as you'd like them to be. They didn't show up late, or take longer and run over on the job. They sent their crew out and they arrived on time, got right to work and completed the job within the time frame they'd given. Also, they were very good communicators. They explained what needed to be done, what they would do and what the charges would be. And, another good thing was they didn't require the full payment until after the work was totally completed to our satisfaction, which really showed good faith on their part. We will definitely continue to use them for future service. more

We've used Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning for quite a few years now, I don't remember how we first heard about them. They've done a good job every time explaining the different services available and describing their products and we've been very comfortable with that. Maybe when we first went looking for a company, we probably got several bids and spoke to different companies, however now, we just automatically go with Reliable every time. more
