Ken O - knows his stuff on an 8 AC Unit Home 6/30/2017

Quite a big job to handle a home with 8 units. As it's an all day job, Ken told me everything he would be doing, and would advise me of any items that needed special consideration above tne normal maintenance. He was respectful of the home, clean, quiet, and extremely professional. He was very kind and patient with regard to explaining to me some areas of concern and explained to me next steps in order to make the best decision. Thank you Ken. more

Prompt service 5/18/2017

On the first day this spring when I needed AC, my thermostat was not functioning and I had eight people at my house for a card game. Chris G. was able to get Chris C to my house for the installation of a new thermostat and the day was saved. Thank you to all. Nice people to work with! more

Chris Gabriel - Customer Service Review 5/5/2017

Reiner Group recently started servicing several different equipment areas for our facility. During this time, Chris Gabriel, one of their customer service reps, was extremely helpful. She answers billing questions in a timely manner, and she really gives good insight regarding the process. For example, when we needed more clarification on the timeliness and accuracy of the services, she took the time out provide important documents for our company. The documents were very useful, and it definitely helped us as far as budgeting is concerned. I look forward to continue working with her. more

HVAC Help and Install 5/1/2017

Reiner Group has been very helpful over the past two years helping out Netcong Elementary School. They installed new units to replace our old Cooling units which provided AC to certain parts of the building. I have nothing but great things to say about them and am happy to work with them. Great team, wonderful service over the phone and in person and great follow up. They are truly a wonderful team to work with. more
