Regions Bank

I chose Regions because it was in close to the area I come from, and it was convenient drive-through. Since John Redditt closed their drive thru It's been terrible at Regions. I used to have a regions bank account but shortly after I opened it up I shut it down. I wasn't particularly happy with the way they did things. There is only like one teller thats not rude. All the rest of them were not only rude to me but also rude to my brother who has a bank account with them. Hello its because of us that you are even open and if you don't have the decency to say don't even open your mouth to me. After we stopped using them for our checking account we would still go here and get my husband's check cashed cause it was written off of this bank. They told us that it would be a $5.00 charge to cash his check there cause we didn't have an account with them. It was cheaper to cash it at wal-mart so thats what we started doing. I just can't believe that they could charge to cash a check that was written off of their bank account. Maybe its their way of getting more people to join their bank but it just made me more hot with them. They'll never get my service back. more
