My wedding is in Oct. My Bridesmaid's ordered their dresses at the beginning of June. Plenty of time for an October wedding. Regina advised that the dresses came through customs on the 10th of August. I started asking about the dresses and the delivery date. Regina would not call and find out where the dresses where. A month before the wedding she finally tracked them down and advised me that they were sent back to China. Yes, China. and she had no idea when they would come in. We got our money back, but only had a month to find new bridesmaid dresses. Thank God for JCPenny's . No bride should have to deal with this poor quality of service. I have been so happy with Regina! She is very down to earth, and has been such a big help. I told her about my bridesmaids and how they were all different sizes. She was very polite and helped them all find a dress suitable for them while remaining very personable. If you are looking for somewhere where the people are down to earth, and affordable, this is the place. They know formal wear without being snooty about it. If your are one of those ""coutores start at $1000+"" people this is not the place for you, but for normal people who want to feel like a princess without the budget of one choose Regina's! My sister bought her wedding dress at Regina's Bridal. They also did the alterations... they had her final fitting just a week before the wedding day. They actually called and had to reschedule her fitting to a Tuesday... wedding was for Saturday!! When she tried on the dress, it was too short so that she could no longer wear the shoes she planned on wearing (which she had on at the time of the initial fitting) and they did not take out the dress a couple inches on the waist (as they reassured it would not be a problem to do so). Regina, the owner, refused to refund the money. She said she would box the dress up and we'd have to just deal with it.
