It was my first time at this salon. I was hoping to get a great experience. I've been wanting to get a great makeover for such a long time. Once I walked in, there were no ""greetings"" from the employees. They just looked straight at me and asked me what was I here for. I told them I was here for a hair cut. They told me to go ahead and sit down and they will be right over. Customers that came after me were given to a hairdresser right away. I thought about walking out, but did not want to. I asked to use the restroom and was directed to the restroom, and while I was going to the restroom, I noticed that the EMPLOYEES were just sitting around talking and laughing away. After about 20-30 min., the lady that was sitting in the front finally came up to me and asked me for the 2nd time what was I here for. I told her again, and she finally said, ""ok , we will need to make you an appointment."" After about 10 min, a hairdresser finally came out and got me. It was the longest wait ever. The nightmare did not just end there. I came with a photo of the kind of hair cut that I wanted. My haircut turned out to be nothing like the photo. It was so short. I wanted an A-Line haircut, and she gave me a Bob-cut. It was a waste of $45. I just wanted to point out that if you are a minority, you are NOT welcome there. It is just a place for those who think money is better than customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO GO THERE IF YOU ARE A MINORITY. IT WILL BE LIKE HELL ONCE YOU STEP IN. I do not think that you deserve the People's Choice Awards.
Pros: great variety of products
Cons: bad customer service
