Disappointment is an understatement!\r

We decided to sell our bmw suv after our bad experience with this company. We had our first service done in April this year, which was included in our certified warranty. The problems started to happen after this first service, the automatic locks didn't work anymore, they blowup one of our speakers and there was the little annoying loose screw inside the driver's door. The worst part was that the ""rented"" car that was included during the service period ended up costing us a lot. After the days of waiting for the car to get ready: all the issues were still there, they have the audacity to say that the speaker was defected because we installed another radio, which it was done years prior this poor service. \r

After complaining to the person at the concierge desk, she gave us the phone number of the manager, which in several weeks we tried to contact with no luck.\r

After such bad experience, we just felt so disappointed and tired of fighting for our rights that it was good riddance to get ready of the vehicle to avoid any kind of relationship with this company.\r

Since then, we got two Mercedez and not only the cars are better, their service is incredible. \r
