This company is great. We got an apartment after first child was born and we always say those were our simplest and happiest times.

Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. Extremely poor communication... never returns calls... voicemail always full... get the picture? Good luck if you ever need maintenance...

Avoid at all costs! 5/13/2010

Doesn't return phone calls. Voice mailbox is often full so you can't even leave a message. Slow to address maintenance issues. Very slow to return deposit. If you have a choice, rent with someone else. more
