I picked up take out during last weekend's snow storm. They sent me home with the wrong order - and when I phoned to try to get a refund, the manager refused to provide one unless I brought the food back. No other solution was offered to me. The last thing I wanted to do was go back out in the storm but, for me, it was the principle! I drove back, returned the food, was issued the refund, and got stuck in the snow on my return home. The only other vehicles on the road were the plows -- and thank goodness one friendly driver took the time to stop and help me. The pizza I had ordered was delivered in the meantime and was waiting for me when I returned home.
