Best medical care I have ever received in my entire life.\r Dr. Littman is a very knowledgeable physician and a very friendly, warm and polite person.\r I just moved to Las Vegas 6 months ago and was ready to start a family with my husband. While living in LA my research for a fertility specialist started and after reading great things about RRFC I decided to go for one of the free Seminars that Dr. Littman offers once every month at her clinic. Right away we knew she was the right fit for us. more

i have been trying to conceive for 5 years now! i have wasted so much money and had no results! i have pcos and i am insulin resistance i came across red rock fertility and dr. littman by my old obgyn who reffered me to her i also had my reserch online and read lots of good reviews so i decided to come here the staff is really nice always answererd all my questions dr. littman seemed nice even though she kind of seemed like she would hurry you up and would not lett you ask questions i did 2 failed iui's and told dr. littman i would stop she then sugested doing ivf wich my insurance does not cover i was planning on having ivf done next year but! i changed my obgyn and found out theire is treatment for my pcos theyre is a pill called metformin wich helps treat my pcos and regulates my cycles and allows me to ovulate again i am going to start taking this pill next wee i am verry angy at dr. littma for not lettin me know theire was treatment for what i had ass well ass my old obgyn dr. littman knew i was not going to get pregnant due to producing to much insulin and having my hormones unbalanced and she choose to tell me nothing because had she told me and i had gone on this pill sooner my 1st iui would have worked i am very disapointed i wasted so much money on my 2 iui's and i feel betrayed by dr. littman not lettin me know i feel she doesnt care and dint care about helping me get pregnant all she wanted was my money she dint caer about how heart broken i felt after the failed iui i feel if she is such a good dr. she would have told me of treatment to help me get pregnant and treat my condition but she said nothing to get moore money out of me i will never go back to this office! i dont know if i will get pregnant on my own once my insulin and hormones get back to normal but if i need another iui or ivf i will not be coming back here! i dont need a dr. that hides potential treatment for me , makes me sad to think how did dr. littman expect me to get pregnant without treating my condition? if i could have treated my condition i would not have possibly needed treatment but if i did it would have been moore successfull dr. littman is in it for the money , but her staff is wonderfull. more

After trying for 4 years to start a family, its finally happening thanks to Dr. Littman and her staff. We have been with Red Rock Fertility since Jan 2009. Dr Littman was always so positive and in Nov. 2010 when I wanted to give up, she took 30 minutes out of her busy day to make a phone call to me was so positive that one more IVF cycle would work. And she was right. Our miracle will be here in Nov. Words cant express what an amazing office this is. They treat you like a real person going through one of the hardest things a woman and go through. I never felt like a number or dollar sign. They know who I am and REALLY care. I could go on and on about how AMAZING this office is. Thank you Dr. Littman, Karrie, and the rest of the office!!!! You will never know how much you made our dream come true. Why do companies like you continue to help out the Worst Problem on this Earth ? OVERPOPULATION !!! No wonder there are so many starving kids in the World !!! There are way too many of them !!! Women need to stop having so many kids, and give this Earth of Ours a chance to catch up !!! Think about it !!! more

My husband and I tried for years to get pregnant w/ no luck. We were referred to to Dr. Littman. In the beginning it was really scary w/ all the money that you have to pay for IVF. The staff walked me through everything, and took the time to explain anything I didn't understand. I think at times they would forget that I didn't know all the terminology like them, which would make me have to ask more questions. Every visit we had we saw Dr. Littman w/ a very short wait. There office seems very organized. When I would walk in the front desk receptionist would know my name w/out me having to sign in or anything. We never had any problems/confusion w/ any of our bills (like I've heard w/ other fertility places doing). All in all our experience was pretty good. One thing I would complain about would be the music in the waiting room - YUCK! more

My husband and I tried to conceive on our own for one year. After being unsuccessful I did research on all the fertility clinics here in Las Vegas, and RRFC kept coming up with amazing reviews. My husband and I attended Dr. Littman's seminar in April of 09 and immediately I felt a connection and a warmth from her! We booked an appointment that day! Since this is such a sensitive and upsetting time for couples, you are not only looking for answers, but compassion as well. Dr. Littman and her staff were patient, informative and caring. They always knew who I was by name and where I was in my stage of trying to conceive. Anytime I had a concern, I was always able to speak with someone in a quick timely manner who answered my questions or to give me reassurance! My second IUI was a success! She made my dream into a reality and I am so thankful! Although I am ecstatic that I have reached my 10 week mark it comes with great sadness of having to say goodbye to the people that made all this possible. I am so grateful and they will not be forgotten! Thank You again for acting not only as skillful nurses and doctors but treating me like I was a part of your family! more

When we first came to this office we were a little nervous, because we didnt know what to expect. After your first visit that all goes away. They were your friend, they knew who you are when you came in, what person you wanted to take you blood, and answered any questions or concerns you may have right then and there. I have never felt like I was a person in a Dr. office. It took 3 trys for us and it was a long tough road but they were there for me every step of the way. We will be back this is our first, and Dr. Littman made our dreams come true. We never would have made it with out her, or the rest of the staff. Thank you for everything. more

This clinic says that they make an effort to call each patient by name. But, eventhough I went there several times (sometimes a few times a week) they would still ask me repeatedly for my name. Sometimes 3 or 4 times during a conversation. Front desk girl is absolutely horrible. Although you do see Dr. Littman every time you come, she is not very informative. She does not tell you what you need to know. I have never been pregnant before and this is my first pregnancy so I have no ide a what to expect. She did not volunteer any information. Anything I was curious about I had to ask her about myself or google it. It is just not a warm friendly place to go to. I only have one more appointment then thankfully I am done with this place. Would not recommend them unless you don't care about customer service. more

Dr. Littman is a superb infertility specialist. She diagnosed our problems in no time, then defined the perfect IVF protocol - tailored to my needs. The result....... baby boy due very soon - can't wait! She has a great way of explaining everything and I saw her at every single visit. more

Dr Eva Littman is the Best Fertility Doctor! She is very caring and confidence. She knows what she is doing and get right into the point. I went to see two other doctors in Vegas but both end up with not only negative result and also negative experience. I would recommend Dr. Littman to anyone that wants to have babies because it works. Now I am 12 weeks pregnant with twins!!! Yeah!! Last but not least, the staff at her office is also very friendly, especially the coordinator Karrie, She was very helpful and nice to me. more

Dr. Littman genuinely cared about our needs and listened to our concerns. Her staff was very helpful and was always prompt to address any requests. Our visit to her office quickly turned into visiting friends or family. On our last visit, even though Dr. Littman was successful in accomplishing our goal, we were sad to say goodbye.
