This food is terrible. All greasy and sends me to the bathroom in 20 minutes every time. The staff is friendly enough, but there are better mall food options. AVOID. more

Loud and crowded 11/26/2007

I have to say...regardless of where the Red Robin is located...it's going to be loud and crowded. This location in the Galleria is no exception. It does have one thing going for it...it's NOT near the insane food court. Now that Target is open on this end...it seems to have become even more busy, if that's even possible. I do enjoy the food here and the service is usually accommodating...unless it's really insanely crowded. It's a decent place, but generally average. If I wanted a burger and was walking past...I would stop in. It's not, however, a dining destination in my book of restaurants. more

AWESOME Burgers & Fries! 4/23/2005

People kept telling me that In-and-Out had the best burgers. No way. This is the place. I haven't had such a good burger in a restaurant in years. With a hefty portion of fries, I was unable to finish it all. Delicious! I also tried the artichoke and spinach dip one day and it was also delicious. So far, I've tried two different burgers and that dip and haven't been disappointed yet. Staff is a little slow to refill drinks without prompting, but otherwise it's a great place. Pros: food, value, location Cons: slow service more
