Watch your wallet in this place. They have some great deals up front, but then they'll get you on the back end. For example, they have great oil prices, $9 per quart, but then charge you $6 for a 32 cent O-ring. Scamboogery.\r \r Their service department is abysmal. They are rude, uncaring, lack the ability to call you sir. One guy let me stand at the service counter for 6 minutes and completely ignored me as he was talking with one of the other employees.\r \r I have a crash estimate that was wrong twice, I asked for someone to talk to me about it and they acted insulted that I would question their work. The man who did the work blame me, stating it was me rushing him to get his job done as to why he got it wrong.\r \r The sales staff are nice people, but the service staff are a whole grip of very very rude men. They are only capable of doing oil changes and tire changes quickly. Even if you are a VIP customer they still have a very rude attitude and god forbid they smile and greet you.\r \r Run away! more

Have never had an issue with anynone at Rawhide. Purchased my Heritage there last year and becaome a VIP member as well. Take my scooer in any time I want to have the oil changed. Scheduled service is just a phone cal away, at no charge. They either will pick up or drop off and the bike is always clean when I get her back, fre of charge as well. In fact I took it in yesrteday for an oil change and had a battery issue, they changed the oil and the battery and I was on my way in less than an hour. Thanks Dan and the service crew. more

I went to buy my first bike and was set on getting the new Softail Slim. The salesman quoted me the price on the bike and worked out the financing, but I had promised my husband I wouldn't sign anything until he looked at the bike. Good thing!!! After checking the official Harley Davidson website, I found out Rawhide had marked the price of the bike up $3000.00!! Wow! Rawhide lost my business. The $18,000 they were going to charge me is now going to be spent at a different Harley dealer and I'll give them the $15,000 for the bike instead. more

Just moved to Overland Park from missouri went to RAWHIDE to pick up some parts, Delt with the Parts Mgr. (Hollywood) what a bad attitude. He acted like he was being bothered becaused I asked him to see if he had a part in stock. I thought I can go back to Blue Springs Harley and spend my money there and enjoy the ride as well. So I left and will NEVER spend a dime in this store. Before I left I spoke With the general Manager and expressed my concerns and he replied ""Give us another chance, Everyone has a bad day"" No thanks. more
