John came out to fix our A/C within a day, after\r giving us verbal advice on things we could do on\r it ourselves. Great service 9/4/2009

Strand Brothers could not possibly be less expensive. John came right over. He is a one man operation and has been doing air conditioning forever. He has always done a great job for our family. We used to use Strand, but after they sold out to the national company they got way too expensive. John Rath is my AC guy. more

Great Service!! 6/5/2006

John went above and beyond to help my A/C get back in working order. He offered to work on a Saturday (I couldn't be there though), risked his life climbing a ladder resting on an uneven surface, and then went through my place and checked to make sure my vents were properly configured. Totally recommended. more
