Unfortunately this story starts with I was really really cold one night in the dead of winter in Houston. It's not often we use our heaters but when we need them we need them. I spoke with Wendy the dispatch and she had someone out there same day where I had called other places and they were 2 to 3 days out. Boyd showed up service my heater and did a comprehensive exam. I was very impressed with the professionalism and value of their service. Thank you RAS you have earned a customer for life. more

The salesperson 8/28/2014

The salesperson was very professional and arrived on time. I agreed to the price and the crew arrived bright and early on the day we scheduled to do the job. They worked all day until around 8pm replacing the unit and the old ducts and vents. When they finished I went in the attic and I was amazed by how great the attic looked; I didn’t know a/c ductwork was supposed to look like that! Beautiful job, very professional, and they left absolutely no mess behind. I am very satisfied with the quality of the unit and the quality of work performed. I’d be happy to use them again. more

I have used the heating and A/C service of RAS- Residential A/C Services. They also checked my furnace. I would definitely hire RAS Services again. more

They did great work. They came when they were supposed to do the job. My husband had no problems with them. The price was reasonable. They were fine. They did not keep us waiting even if they have to order some parts. They were here on time and we have no compains. more

He was able 7/23/2014

The provider came and examined the A/C unit. He was able to determine the cause quickly and it was a fast 10 minute fix. He recommends that I have maintenance on the unit as well. During that part, he was able to determine that the capacitor needed to be changed. It was over 5 years old and the capacitor would be expected to fail sometime soon in the future. more

RAS was very responsive, did an excellent job. Had us up and running in a short time. Very profession would definitely use them again. If you need something done now and done right, this is the company I would recommend that you contact!! more

scheduled time 7/10/2014

Juan arrived at the scheduled time, and in a very professional manner inspected the AC units. He did the required seasonal maintenance. The units had no major issues, but I wanted to buy the service contract so that I can have preferred scheduling if I need a quick repair, and I wanted the spring AC check done before the warm weather sets in. I had complete confidence in Juan, and will not hesitate to use this company again. more

They did well they came in got there stuff done and they were gone. We did not have much interaction with the workers which is not a bad thing I liked that they came got to the point and were gone in no time fast and quick service. Loved it. more

I bought ban Ac from RAS they were very competitive when it came to the pricing. The sales person was very helpful answered all my questions without any pressure. I definitely give them 5 stars. more

Scheduled 5/7/2014

Scheduled an appointment very quickly they came the next day. The service man did maintenance checked our upstairs and downstairs AC’s and only charched us for a small repair. Would definitely call them again. more

My AC stop working during a hot weekend within hours RAS showed up and fixed the problem I highly recommend them no one works as fast as them. more

We had a great experience with RAS the technician was very hard working to work as soon as he got there and he was very clean picking up after himself. The price was reasonable and exactly what they quoted and our new AC is working great. more
