Worst service I had. We start doing business with Rapid Rooter on 2008. This year quote was incorrect. After correct it price was increase by 74.36%. Schedule for service needed to reschedule. Last time I use Rapid Rooter. more

Best Plumber Ever 9/18/2011

Henry #50 arrived quicker than expected - less than 30 minutes after I called for help - and it was Sunday morning! He was so polite and took care not to dirty anything - even work booties to protect my floors. Although my kitchen sink was really backed up - he had to snake it twice - he was completely finished in under 30 minutes! Plus he was so respectful - he cleaned up the sink and floor before he left. Henry, you are terrific. I hope I never have another backed up kitchen sink but if I do, Henry, you're the one I want to come and fix it. Thank you again. more

best service every from a plumber 8/8/2011

I can't not say enought about the service I received over the phone and in person from the service tech Issac Mora He was so polite and told me everything he was going to do before he did it, I was home alone with my husband out of town and they gave me fast service in a emergency.. if you every need a plumber that won't rip you off, and give you great and fast service call rapid-rooter... ask for Issac Mora!!! more
