My husband and I used to go to Thai Rama all the time because I worked in Canyon Park. It made a very convenient lunch or dinner date on busy days. We love Thai food and we love...

So we were having lunch at Thairama and there is one server who is little cuckoo - crazy! The guy has hard time speaking english and it looked as if he was not happy to see us! He...

Great Service, Tasty Food, Best Price!! 1/25/2010

We love it there!! Friendly and helpful. Pad See Ew and Thai Rama Fried Rice is the best! We are always finding new tasty dishes here. Especially Nam pick ong (pork curry). The only place that I have seen it. Convenient seating at dinner time. Definitely one of our favorite restraunts in the area. Pros: Lunch Specials!! Easy parking Cons: located behind canyons more

I will never visit Thai Rama - Bothell 9/30/2009

I usually do not write reviews, but after visiting that place I am feeling that I should share my experience with others. Few days back I visited Thai Rama @ Canyon Park - Bothell with my wife. It was my second (and probably last) visit and did not have much experience about their food quality. We entered to that restaurant at 8 pm, the waiter + manager told us kitchen will be closed t 8:30, so, he was in hurry to get orders for food within a minutes. I got a feeling that we need to complete our diner and get out as ASAP. I ordered four dishes and found three of them are below my quality expectation. I did not expect anything extraordinary, but fresh food. Chicken ware smelling very bad (as it was frozen for months) and other seafood ware not fresh at all. My dining experience was so unpleasant I thought not to pay any tips. Our bill amount was around 40 bucks and I signed the bill only for the billed amount. When the waiter +manager saw that I did not paid any Tips, he brought that to my notice and appeared as disappointed, and then I added 5% tips as I was not satisfied with the service and food. While we ware leaving, he told me ?it?s bad? and enquired whether WE pay tips or not, he advised me that as I should know that minimum amount of tips is 15%. I was shocked with his behavior and attitude. I believe tip is to appreciate quality of service and should be given based on satisfaction level, so that quality of service should improve. Tip is not something which is mandatory, I never found any server who ask for tips and do not care about customer. I left the restaurant with a bitter dining experience I will not visit Thai Rama Bothell again. Cons: Spoiled food, bad service more

Bad Service, Small Portion 6/24/2009

Usually at Thai restaurant you get a decent amount for the price. When the plates came, I literally said, ""That's it?"" It tasted okay, like any other Thai restaurant. Nothing out of the ordinary. Because of the tiny portion, we finished it in 15 minutes. Then, we were asked to leave so that we can make room for the ""waiting guests"". The total time we were there was only 30 minutes! Terrible. I have never been asked to leave at a restaurant ever. I will never go eat there again and I don't recommend it to anyone. If you are looking for a good Thai place, go a few blocks north to Thai Siam. They are pricey on the surface, but you at least get twice as much food compared to this place. The taste is way better. Pros: Good location Cons: Price, Service, Portion more

Food is good, portions are too small 3/7/2005

I typically expect to either get full or not be able to eat all of my food at Thai restaurants. That's not the case at Thai Rama... they need to stop skimping on the noodles and meat. more

Good and fast, but a little pricey 2/6/2003

Boom! You're seated, you're ordering and *pow* - your food is in front of you. And it tastes great, especially the jungle chicken and the pad see eew, but where's the meat? You're not sure if this is $6-8 dollars worth of food. But, it tastes good, and you'll probably be back. Pros: tasty food, fast service Cons: not much meat, small portions, not-so-good value more

pricy okay food 7/2/2002

The food is good but pricy. Also, for that price it would be nice to have some more MEAT!!! Pros: pricy, not enough meat more
