Called the Number on the website, told a technician would be there today between 1:00 - 3:00 great.... showed up on time.... when I mentioned the $20 off (from the website) was told he worked for Willow Spring Garage door ? Huh ?? and he wasn't with Raleigh Garage Door repair ?? When we made out the check it was then made out to Tip Top Garage door ?? HUH ??? So again not really sure who the heck we are dealing with? After 2 phone calls and a battle was told we would be sent the 20.00 bucks after the check cleared, we shall see... just hope everything works ok as I would not who to go back to for recourse ?? more

We called on Friday evening and the technician was scheduled to come Sunday morning 8-10. He did a great job.. He explained the repair in simple terms and the price was very reasonable.
