I just called RR to find out if the store carried a particular line of DVDs. The cleak who answered had no idea, wouldn't check the shelves and told me to call back after 6:00 p.m...

I just called RR to find out if the store carried a particular line of DVDs. The cleak who answered had no idea, wouldn't check the shelves and told me to call back after 6:00 p.m. when someone else would be on duty. Outrageously bad! Please respond on this site if you've had crappy customer service there--and call the management. more

Best place to get rainbow jewelry for Pride 4/6/2011

Why doesn't their website ever work? 4/2/2009

I live in Duluth and would love to continue shopping through Rainbow Road because I like the CD's that the local DJ's make and sell there, but in ten years I have never seen a website available to shop from. They can do better than this! Pros: great selection especially of local gay DJ's etc Cons: no way of ordering unless you live in Minneapolis more

Great place to shop 1/14/2007

This is a great place to get gay cards and movies. They always have a ton of stuff to look at. Great place for everything you need gay. Nice selection of lube, music, underwear, cards, and movies. Staff is always helpful.. Parking can be difficult if it is busy.. But a very fun store... Pros: always great stuff Cons: parking can be difficult more

Great place to get a gay card for your new boyfriend, as well as a new outfit a dance cd, some undies, a square cut swim suit, rent a movie and more. Truly your one stop gay shop! more
