Rainbow Car Wash

I have been going here for years. To start with the lube shop is very professional. When either of my vehicles is in the bay i don't have to worry about anything. They have found leaks and broken equipment from other repair shops or other lube shops on that rare occasion that I go somewhere else. They also keep a very good record of a maintenance done to my vehicle and remind me ahead of time when i have a flush or other maintenance coming up. There is never any tricking you into buying services you dont need. The managers Will and Sergio are very knowledgeable about most vehicles and if they dont know something they do their best to figure is out. It is hard to get service like this anymore. The car wash is great. When you drive by don't get discouraged at the long line it moves quickly (much quicker than aqua on 242). Once it makes it out of the carwash there is a detailer on it. Any (rare) time I have seen a problem there Kevin (manager) or one of the other managers is not hard to find and they are very polite even when some of the customers are being extremely rude and disrespectful. They work at a very efficient pace the only time they stop is when they are waiting on people that aren't paying attention to come get their finished car. The ladies working behind the counter are very polite and have always taken care of me even when i lose my ticket. All around good job to everyone at rainbow car care. Some People just will never be happy or are looking to get free services that only slows down the decent customers that are more than willing to pay for services rendered. This business has been around for as long as i can remember and has been packed with cars on anyday its not raining there can only be one reason for this and thats good service. more

I have been going to RCW for years with nothing but great customer service. They have always been helpful and honest, from the managers down to the line workers. One of the vacuumers even returned $4.00 I left in my car! They also have video cameras everywhere so if there is ever an issue, they get down to the bottom in a hurry and resolve it. more

I brought my car in for an oil change and paid for an oil change, however, when I got home and checked my oil, it was obvious from the amount of dirt in it that it had not been changed. Just to be certain, my husband and a neihbor also confirmed that it was NOT fresh oil on the dipstick. When I brought it back in two days later and asked the guys to check my oil, they said it was dirty and asked how long it had been since I had my oil changed? That's when the manager showed up and said I was crazy and that it was ""Normal"" for fresh oil to be dirty!! I know what fresh oil looks like, and the oil had NOT been changed. Word of warning-- wherever you take your car, if you pay for something, check to be sure you get what you pay for! more
