I have never used this company before, but I definitely will use them again for all my home service needs. Everyone was very professional and friendly and so prompt on attending to my needs. They did not try to sell something that I didn't need. Very impressed and satisfied. I would highly recommend them to everyone. more

Septic Line Replaced 8/23/2019

Steve B worked all day to complete the project at my home. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He advised that the work being done at my house was somewhat routine. He answered several of my questions I had about the issue. I have used this company for other home services and i find their technicians very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone in the future as they were recommended to me by a reliable source for home services. Their receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. Steve worked hard to get the job done. He fixed the sprinkler head as well that was in direct line of the pipe that was being replaced . He worked to ensure that the damage to the yard was minimal and again, I was very pleased and comfortable with the company and Steve. He has been a tech with the company for many years and therefore he brought many years of experience to the job which is always comforting to a home owner. more

Called for a clogged kitchen sink. Came the next day and took care of the problem. Frank B. Was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely call again for any plumbing issues I can’t fix. more

Rainaldi Service 8/8/2019

Over the last couple of years, we have had the pleasure of having Nick S. come to our home several times to perform certain plumbing services. We have always found Nick to be a complete professional the likes of which are not easily found today. Nick is a knowledgeable, personable and respectful gentleman and we intend to always ask for him whenever we contact Rainaldi for future work. A shout out to the good folks in the office, BTW, for allotting a sufficient amount of TIME for their plumbers to diagnose and treat our old house! Good on them... Rainaldi has LONG been highly regarded in the Central Florida community. With guys like Nick S. on board they will remain so. more

John C. was efficient in diagnosing the water valve problem and made several recommendations regarding our faucet that I followed up on for a successful cost-saving result. John was Service With a Smile and full of experienced knowledge; he went beyond the call of duty to examine other possible issues that might become an expensive problem. I have been a customer of Rainaldi Plumbing for 19 years. I knew right away who to call when I had a leak in my kitchen. The same day I called they were right out. They handled it all for me. Thanks to Steve B who was one of the techs. He handled the job in a professional way. Thanks for explaining when asked about the job. My experience was a good one. I highly recommend Rainaldi's.
