I did an online order from California to send over to friends in Marietta for the X-mas holiday and they did not do a great job in duplicating the pictured item from their website...

I did an online order from California to send over to friends in Marietta for the X-mas holiday and they did not do a great job in duplicating the pictured item from their website. I even called to complain to them and they had the audacity to tell me to have my friends go there to fix their flower & fruit arrangement. They have bad customer service! I will never shop here again, especially if it’s an online order. more

Great Service 4/10/2006

Raelene's Flowers has great service and the people working there are incredibly helpful when trying to figure out what you want. Their flowers are also really nice. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a flower arrangement or somewhere to get your wedding flowers done. Great place, great service, great flowers. more

Wonderful customer service 9/15/2005

My father who lives in FL always calls this florist direct to send me flowers or very often large houseplants. The delivery person always calls me if I am not home instead of just leaving something to die on the porch. The arrangements and plants are ALWAYS gorgeous. I called the store once about a care question related to a plant and they were very helpful. more
