I can't imagine what those others are talking about--the negative reviews! This place is amazing. Roger is not only informative, professional and honest but he's charming as well. Everyone there is friendly and professional. They stand behind their work. I get great treatments every time I go there. I actually enjoy going there. more

I'm glad only agreed to Radiesse for my laugh lines. Roger asked me how much I ""wanted to spend"" in case they might sell me more than I came in for. I got the ""free"" dermabrasion that another reviewer mentioned. Naturally I hoped that everything went well. When the swelling went down a few days later, it didn't look as good as I had hoped. Also there was a very hard bump under the skin next to my right nostril. Within 2 months I noticed significant loss of filling and began seeing and feeling a mooshy lump that migrated to my chin area on the left side. Supposedly, Radiesse does not migrate so I can't help but wonder if theirs is somewhat diuted or mixed with some other product. That might explain the low price. I was relieved of the hard bump, mooshy lump and all of the ""Radiesse"" injection I wasted my money on within 3 months. Perhaps they are better with other services but I would not recommend this place for injectables that a doctor should be administering. I received the most expensive ""free"" dermabrasion treatment ever! more

I've been going to Radiance for over 8 years. The facility is beautiful and hospital grade clean. The staff is always friendly and professional. I'll never go anywhere else!! more

I followed Gigi from her old practice to Radiance. She's incredible. It all started one morning I woke up and saw my father looking back at me in the mirror. Yikes... I knew I needed some help. What got me to go to Gigi was that she was a Nurse Practitioner versus just a regular RN. Over the past 4 years, Gigi has provided me with excellent guidance as to what I need to do to avoid looking as old as my father. Her skill level with the fillers is incredible -- by that I mean she corrects the issues with minimal discomfort -- I hate pain. Beyond her skills with fillers and lasers though, as a nurse practitioner her knowledge goes beyond what your normally get in medspas. She has really helped me understand the larger issues of aging with grace. Finally, the prices at Radiance are incredible. I can highly recommend a visit there. more

This place is fabulous! I just read the prior two reviews and am deeply saddened about human nature. It seems that the very few who are unhappy are quick to talk about it; whereas the thousands who are happy say nothing. Well, I'm not one of those. I've been going to Radiance for 7 years and have been consistently thrilled with the results. They really do ""give you back years"". The Roger that they speak of is one of the most respectful and kind professionals I've met. I've been treated by all of the nurses and they are all great. The facility is squeaky clean. The front desk staff greet you both in person and by phone as though you are a friend. AND the prices are reasonable. But truly, that's not why I go there. It's just a great place. Rodger, the customer-face of the group, touches your face and you can smell the cigarette smoke..Disgusting. The doctor is never there and the technicians do not know what they are doing. They simply poke you whereever with their syringe. I went to a doctor after my bad experiences here and the results were so different. I actualy received a benefit for the money I paid the doctor. At Radiance Medical Group all I ever received was aggravation. Pros: Nice location Cons: No one here knows what they are doing more

I will never go there again. This joint is not about quality, but about the money. The quality is really bad. I went there twice, and it ended up in failure. Their laser treatment doesn't work ( I did it twice around my nose - it only got worse). I also did Botox treatment there and it doesn't work also! I dont know who wrote previous reviews (maybe an owner of the place), but please don't be seduced by cheap prices. Pros: bad Cons: bad more

I'm deathly afraid of needles but really wanted to try juvederm for my upper lip and some scarring. Before starting the process and had a panic attack becuase I was so scared. Roger and the nurse practioner stayed in the room and held my hand and walked me through the entire process. It was amazing. I literally didn't feel a think with the numbing cream and dental block. I will definitely be back. It actually ended up be quite an enjoyable experience. Oh and the best part was the prices! Pros: amazing staff and prices more
