I'm glad only agreed to Radiesse for my laugh lines. Roger asked me how much I ""wanted to spend"" in case they might sell me more than I came in for. I got the ""free"" dermabras...

Treat you like royalty 8/3/2011

Your experience with procedures, injections, treatments, etc., Roger T., of Radiance will treat you like royalty. If something goes wrong, and you say please look at this & fix it, etc., Roger (the co-owner & manager), try to get things fixed or improved. He give you products at no charge to help make the result better. more

Had great prices and honest 7/8/2011

They were charming, had great prices and honest. They give you a great free microdermabrasion with Botox. Jennifer was my nurse and super, Dr. Roger is lovely and the woman in the waiting area was bragging about the place as I was paying. This is a great place and I find the negative review extremely odd. I have been all over the world and I will be back to this place. I would send people there and that is the highest praise. more

great guy. Terrific service at prices that can't be beat! I love this place. They charge less for Botox than all those Beverly hills places, but they really care. I used to have a doctor do the injections. Big mistake. Really painful, cause he couldn't spend the time to do it right. Rogers' nurses all are patient, gentle and care about their work. The prices are great and they keep up on all the rebates available in these hard economic times. Highly recommended!! more

Radiance was recommended by my general physician (who goes there herself), which made me feel good about going there. I was very pleased with my first experience there. The price was good and they helped me to get a rebate by phone before paying, which saved me an additional $50 dollars. Julie, who performed the procedure, was very kind and patient...and conservative, which I wanted the first time. Now, almost a week later, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I am definitely planning to go back. more

I can't imagine what those others are talking about--the negative reviews! This place is amazing. Roger is not only informative, professional and honest but he's charming as well. Best investment I've ever made....or at least it's at the top of the list! 5/31/2011

On my most recent visit to Radiance, I was introduced to the Obagi line. Nothing short of a miracle!! While staffers recommend the whole line, I opted for the Blender and Retin-A. If you're seeking a radiant, blemish-free, glowing, even complexion, this will do the trick! No lie. more

Radiance is the best. I have been going for the past 5 years and will travel from Redondo. Very clean, professional and excellent practitioners. Jenifer, the practitioner is wonderful and is excellent. Roger has researches everything that is offered and so the client gets the best and understands the outcomes. I travel from Redondo Beach because this place provides excellent service. I was reading the reviews, the con reviews; Botox does not work if the client does not get enough. Also the effects of botox do not show up until 48 hours and the Full effects possibly not until 2 weeks. (some forheads 40 units and if one only gets 20 they may not see that it works; it is not the clinician or the botox, that did not work. more
