Great for people on map or no insurance 5/10/2017

I would their 2013 I have a map card they told me I didn't pack tooth and they couldn't remove it there so they sent me to a specialist and they removed it the specialist told me that I should get the other remove because my impact to what would cause it to crack and break sure nothing 2017 that's what happened I called the rbj center they set me up and I'm going to go in there the same day I have a med card so if you're low income don't have insurance and you have a place to go I don't know where they're such bad reviews you know I think this place is great more

teeth pullers only 6/17/2014

Lack of funds...Lack of services 5/17/2012

This place is truly a rip-off to Austin tax payers. The administration and services rendered are a joke, Basically all the do is yank out your teeth if there's a problem instead of fixing them or clean then if you have the right insurance and send you on your way. No funds to do the work??? But Tons of funds to pay a huge staff??? Come on! Lousy Bureaucrats! more

Dont waste your time on the phone call. 1/31/2011

This clinic only see's people with a MAP card so if you call for information they will just refer you to go get this insurance card. My whole problem was that I was in extreme pain and had no insurance so now they want me to wait an additional couple of weeks to get insurance??? Thanks for nothing! more

You have to dial 512 978-9895 before you can reach this place. It is the 512 that enables connection. HOWEVER, they will not take anyone unless you are an established patient at one of their Medicaid/Medicare clinics and they don't care if you are in paid and have no information as to where you can get help. I do not know who they service really. more

Not Helpful 10/8/2008

I am on TANF and I am over 21 so my Medicaid does not cover my dental work. I have a tooth that needs a root canal or extraction. I am also pregnant so it could affect my unborn child. i called here and they told me that I could not be seen because I am not a patient there already. They were no help at all more

A Great Resource for Low-income Texans 8/16/2005

RBJ Dental Clinic is a low-cost (and sometimes free) dental clinic that provides most dental services of a regular dentist's office, including x-rays, pulling teeth, teeth cleaning, etc. The staff is very nice and although the waits are often long, you can phone ahead of time and they'll tell you the best time to come to avoid long waits. The visits cost $10 for everything, for people who have Medicaid or the Travis County Medical Assistance Program, and it's free for CHIP program recipients. more
