Car shopping is not one of my favorite activities, but RBM of Atlanta North actually made it a FUN experience! I found my car online and first talked to my salesman, Bill Favini, by phone. He answered all of my questions and was ready for my test drive when I showed up. There was absolutely no pressure. The car sold itself, and when I was ready to commit to the vehicle, Bill and the rest of the team at RBM North made it such a smooth process! Sharon in Finance was a pleasure to work with and gave me some great advice on my car, since she had owned the same model. GM Randy Powell was incredibly nice and helped make sure that I was happy with my purchase. The customer service and professionalism at RBM North is top notch, and I couldn't be happier with my car-buying experience! more

RBM of Atlanta North - Best buying experience ever!! 1/12/2012

My husband and I had a great buying experience with David Wang at RBM of Atlanta North. David Wang exceeded our expectations with the purchase of our GLK 350. He was very helpful, thorough and a man of his word. We received a great deal on our new purchase and trade in. We will be back to buy another vehicle from David Wang! In addition, I must say that our whole experience at RBM of Atlanta North was excellent from the Receptionist to the Finance Manager Sharon Thompson. They all provided excellent customer service and exceeded our expectations. more

Great buying experience at RBM - North 12/21/2011

From the very first contact with RBM, I felt that the personnel were friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Then I spoke with Joe Ydunate - he exceeded expectations. He was very helpful and thorough throughout all aspects of our transaction. I've told my friends and family that RBM - North is the ""Phipps Plaza"" of automobile dealerships. Oh yea ... my ""new"" Infiniti I35 is reaaly nice too. I couldn't be happier with a pre-owned. I'd highly recommend RBM North to anyone interested in buying a car and enjoying the entire exoerience. Just ask for Joe Ydunate. more

Wow, I love my shiny new black ML350 I bought from Bill Favini!\r Bill and the entire staff of RBM of Atlanta-North is so pleasant and professional they make buying a car a wonderful experience.\r I already brought my SLK in for regular service appointments to this dealership and knew how they treated me and serviced my car was excellent.\r I've owned many Mercedes while living in Germany and I have to say RBM Of Atlanta North carries on the traditions of the high standards set in Europe. \r I would definitely purchase again from Bill & RBM-North. more

Great car buying experience 8/25/2011

bought a used non-Mercedes at RBM. Bill Favini was great to work with. Even though I did not get to drive off with my car as it had a dead battery on the day I bought it I have no regrets. They gave me a loaner and my car was ready the following business day. The thing I always hate about buying cars is signing my name 100 times with business manager but it only too k15 minutes. Don't mistake RBM North with the one on Roswell Road, you don't want to go there. more
