Scam,scam,scam watch out residents at MALLOW HILL APTS.THEY COME UP LATE AT NIGHT STEALING CARS. WATCH IT. THEY LIKE THE CARS THAT ARE BACKED IN AND THE ONES IN THE DARK. HOPE THEY STEAL THE 2 CITY POLICE OFFICERS CARS THAT LIVE HEAR. THEY WILL BE CAUGHT THEN. FILTHY MAGGOTS. more

Here it is 2:14 sitting here and all of a sudden here comes the black tow truck. He pulled up around the apts long enough to pop a lock and then he comes around make a right into the other entrance to make it look like he was just pulling up. Hahaha. Have it all on video. Just 1 more for the detective to investigate. City hoodrats. more

It's funny how they come to mallow hill apts late everynight. And when they get out of the truck they put their ski mask on. Don't want to been seen when they pop locks and steal cars. Pathetic hoodrats. I take pics every night when i come home so if they steal my car i have proof of the permit and it shows the date and time. Everyone here should do it. Matter of fact i'm putting flyers on doors. more

These thugs come to mallow hill apts late at night stealing cars. I have videos of them. Pulling up with the lights out. Never on ce have i seen security walk around here to see who has a permit NEVER so how does the tow truck driver know who has one??????? I noticed they go for cars that are backed up in a parking space. THUGS. more

My vehicle was illegally towed on Thursday July 19, 2018. I went to visit an elderly uncle as a guest. I parked went inside the parking lot, then went inside the house to retrieve the visitor guest parking pass & 4 mins later LITERALLY 4 mins later my car was gone. I was not allotted ANY time to retrieve the pass and place it inside the window for display. When I contacted the company to inquire about the vehicle the agent was very rude, she was making up excuses for why the vehicle was towed. I went to obtain the vehicle and was charged $300 for nothing. Friday, I spoke with the apartment complex manager from which the vehicle was towed & upon video footage then speaking with the towing company they agreed to refund $150 with NO EXPLANATION for why the extra $150 would not be returned. I've been contacting the company ever since Friday, which is now Tuesday July 24, 2018 and have been unable to get a straight answer for why the remainder of my money has not been returned. more
