Worst

I actually worked for Mark at one point and to have him steal from me (overcharges) killed me. His work was poor and he has no personal honor.

I'm not sure who the former employee is but it sounds like they have a chip on their shoulder. Mark is great, very helpful and knowledgeable about quirky imports. I'm a 1956 Triumph TR3 & 1961 Triumph TR4 Owner, I'm glad I found these guys, they're keeping me on the road!!! more

Very professional and great quality work 11/18/2011

I'm writing to share my experience with Quality Coaches. When my car started to break down on me I wasn't prepared for it all. I made the phone call to get it in with no problem and they took care of it promptly and professionaly! They also gave me a loaner car to get around in! I truly recommend Quality Coaches when car trouble arises! Thank you Val especially for your kindness! more

Looked over whole car, charged only for oil change 10/23/2011

As usual, Quality Coaches only charged for the oil change, even though they did a thorough look-over of the car after a 5000 mi. summer road trip. more

I heart Quality Coaches!! 4/2/2007

The guys at Quality Coaches are amazing! I had a nightmare situation with my car, but Val and Steve treated me like an old friend and gave me the best service i've ever received from an auto shop. Although the nightmare car is gone, I will take every car I own in the future back to this place. Thanks Val! Thanks Steve! Pros: The staff, everyone there is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The shop itself is also an experience, go check it out for yourself. Cons: Zero! more
