After waiting 2 HOURS (through KIA roadside assistance), on busy Moreland Ave. near little 5 points, the guy came out and REFUSED to change my tire. He said he had a family and did not feel safe changing my tire.\r

I had been standing in the cold for 2 hours diverting traffic myself. My flat was right by the RIGHT side of the curb and I told him I would divert traffic. He LEFT ME STANDING THERE and crying! I had already turned down 4 wonderful people that stopped to help me (even a woman). \r

So 4 hours later, my son with his bad back and my daughter's friend came to change it.\r
\r
They DO NOT care about you. He told me he did not make enough money to help me.
