I took my kids (6 and 10) and their 16 year old baby sitter to the Putt Putt today for unlimited play. They were going to be there for about 90 minutes for some fun before back to school. They were only there for about 30 minutes before they called me to come and pick them up. Apparently the babysitter putted a ball over the fence accidentally. She went in, apologized, and asked for another ball which he provided to her for $2 after giving her significant grief. Then after playing for awhile longer, my six year old bounced the ball off of a rock and into the water. It was too far into the water for them to comfortably get with the provided nets. They went in to get another $2 ball. The owner/manager then kicked them out. They were not being dangerous, there was one errant ball, and that resulted in the kids getting kicked out. This is not the PGA. Every time I have ever played mini-golf, there has been a random ball or two. He was extraordinarily rude and abusive to the babysitter too. When I asked for a refund, he blew smoke from his cigarette in my face and refused. He did not behave as a owner of a kid and family focused business should behave. I would strongly encourage families to be wary of this place as the owner obviously does not intend for children to visit his establishment. If you are an executive who wants to practice putting, he would love to have you if your real golf course is not available.
Pros: nicely landscaped
Cons: not kid-friendly, cruel manager, not customer-oriented
