Customer service is awful, the guy up front is the worse. Never admits fault to anything, very defensive, never apologizes. Very condescending towards any issue we ask. After more than 3 separate run ins the past year with the guy up front, we decided to take our money elsewhere. The only thing they have going for them is the convenient location. Other than the guy at the front; the rest of the workers are great, love our puppy. We switched to a new daycare and realized how complacent pupsi has gotten, our dog is so much better care for now. more

PUPSI is the largest original dog daycare facility in the Triangle and one of the first in the nation. PUPSI's training also continues to be a success.
