Pump It Up

This Pump It Up location is on Mason Road near Kingsland. It is in an old grocery store facility next to the Big Lots store. It has two "event" rooms that are filled with inflatable slides and "moonwalk" type structures. These inflatables offer a fun time for everyone from ages 2 - adult. Even younger toddlers have fun with them, with help from a parent. We have been to several birthday parties here and they were all wonderful. This is one of the few party facilities in the area that in compatible with inviting more than 10 kids. (In addition, adults and kids under 2 do not count toward your party limit.)With a birthday party, the group has 1 1/2 hours of playtime and then 1/2 hour in the party room. All you have to bring is the cake and drinks. The staff takes care of organizing the gifts, setting up the plates/napkins, gathering your group together, helping your child open gifts, and making a "thank you" note/gift list. While opening the gifts, your child sits in a giant inflatable throne. Of course, the staff cleans everything up and you just leave with your gifts. The parties are a little pricey, but I think it is worth it. I have done most of my kids parties at home, and always spend lots more than I plan to. I will probably do my son's November birthday here. This week we tried their "Mommy and Me" time on Friday morning. This time is designed for kids 5 and under. It is $5 for each child, although I had a coupon for buy one, get one free. They are allowed 1 1/2 hours of playtime, and we had a blast. It wasn't too crowded so it felt like we had a private party! I am glad we have this facility in Katy, and plan to use it a lot in the next few years! more

We have had several parties at Pump It Up and I can not say enough. We love it. The prices, I think are great, and the area is always clean and fun. You can invite up to 25 kids to one party and my kids love being able to invite so many. They will provide invitations for you and their staff helps alot during the parties. Check on the date you want early, as they fill up quickly. They also have mommy and me days during the week for little ones five and under. The date varies but for our Pump It Up they are Mon, Thurs, Fri. My girls love these days! For $5 a child we can jump for 1 1/2 hours. LOVE IT! more

Pump It Up is a child's fantasy! Its the ultimate Inflatable Party Zone. Two rooms full of inflatables, plus a couple of party room for birthdays. They offer several party plans which include Pizza and drinks, invitations, party paper goods and they even clean up after wards You bring in your own birthday cake. I take my grandson to the "Mommy and Me" play sessions they have 3 days a week. Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.....From 9:30am till 11am, kids under 5 can have a morning full of fun for only $5.00! Mommies (and Daddies) get in for free and can play with their kids on everything if they dare! Ya can't beat that! My grandson loves it!!! Gotta remember to wear socks!!! I highly recommend checking this place out! more

Pump It Up is a great place to take kids, individually or in groups. Everything in the place is inflated, so it's basically a large moonwalk-style place to play! It's cheap, and EASY, and perfect for even little kids (once they can walk, of course). This place would also be great to have a birthday party at, and I know they offer some sort of package for parties, complete with a decorated party room. Perfect for rainy days, when you just want your kids to work off that extra energy without destroying your house! more
