Bad Customer Service 4/14/2012

Bad customer service. Didn't have the pizza so I can't speak about that, but I had the greek salad- I had asked to have it without tomatoes and was told ""we don't do that, you will have to pick them off."" I ordered it anyway. I would not have ever called it a greek salad! It had shreds of carrots and cabbage in like like the premade mix bags you buy at the grocery store- NEVER SEEN CABBAGE AND CARROTS IN A GREEK SALAD! The ""homemade"" dressing was less than mediocre. The whole experience left MUCH to be desired! I live in wellfleet year round and will NEVER order another thing from there again! more

Great Pizza! 7/31/2010

I tried many pizzas in Provincetown, but I have to tell you guys, they make probably the best pizza in town! The dough is fresh, not to thin, not to thick. There is a large range of choises if you are not in the mood for pizza: salads, burgers, subs, pasta, seafood, calzones, appetizers, frech fries, onion rings and many other tasty food.... Customer service is good, sometimes they get overwhelmed with orders and you have to wait a litle more than usual. I had a good experience with them and if you go to Provincetown I deffinetly recommend trying it out! Pros: delivery, take out, free parking space Cons: small dining room more

Stick to the Pizza! 3/26/2010

This place gets real busy in the summer and the staff gets a little frazzled, so don't expect to get any special requests. However I don't think asking for a toasted sub is asking too much even at the peak of season in Provincetown, not that the subs are served cold but they obviously have never been to a NY pizzaria or even Boston for that matter. All the best sub joints toast their sanwiches instead of throwing the warm meatballs or steak etc.. into a cold soft un-toasted bub roll, like this place does. When asked if they would toast their subs they just say "" we don't do that"". I know for a fact that I am not the only one who has made this request, but still year after year they still don't recognize what their customers want. What is wrong with these people? Isn't it about what your customers want? Well let me also mention that I orderd a chicken salad sandwich then sent me slimy sliced deli chicken ground up and mixed with mayo ....yuk!!!! ..Wake up house of pizza!!!!! Pros: good pizza Cons: not so great subs and customer service more
