Best

Quick, easy and fast. Sick today, In today, better tomorrow. That's it, no BS, no waiting, just a good doctor, and a quick visit. Keep it up!!

Worst

I think the physician means well but he cannot hear you if you understand what I mean by this. If you go in, you're going to have a test. In this case, mine came back after more...

Wow, what a great place 9/30/2010

I was told this was a great place. It is really clear that Pro Partners is there for the guys. I have been in other doctors and just felt like a number. It was nice to know that they were a focused medical attention for men. I also didn't have to wait very long to see the doc. Loved that. more

Sent my entire executive team 9/14/2010

After personally getting my physicals done at ProPartnersMD over the past 10 years I decided to encourage the rest of my executive team to do the same. All but one guy are now patients there. We also receive additional company discounts for our physicals. We're all pretty comfortable there and feel we can trust that they know what they're doing. more

great place! 8/24/2010

I have been going to PPMD for the past 4 years and have had nothing but a good experience. They take time to listen to any questions or concerns I have and answer them in great detail. I know I can call with any question and they will have an answer for me. more

I am now a believer in your preventative physicals 7/14/2010

My husband recently had a Comprehensive Milestone Health Assessment. During his routine physical he had an abnormal treadmill test. He was referred to a cardiologist and had a stent placed. Thank you ProPartners MD for possibly saving my husband from a heart attack! \r \r I love the fact that my husbands Dr practices preventative medicine. This is the most thorough physical that he has ever had, Pros: Easy to get an appointment, Friendly staff, Minimal wait more

longtime patient 6/25/2010

Seriously? I'm surprised at the negative comments below. I've been a patient at ProPartners for about 3 years and have never had a problem. I have been impressed by their efficient office, friendly support staff, and good medical care. I love their website, on-line appointment scheduling, and email communication. Really a lot better than most doctor's offices I've been to. Pros: efficient, friendly, smart doctors and staff Cons: occasionally a few minutes behind schedule more

ProPartners=PoorService 4/5/2010

Get over the glitzy office/waiting room very quickly!!! This is the ONLY good thing about the place. I was 'sucked-in' too by the well done radio commercials. This office is in the money making business FIRST as opposed to the customer care business. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone(receptionist doesn't count); rather you get to leave a voice mail or are encouraged to e-mail for a 'faster' response. This is unacceptable when circumstances call for a real person to speak with(as I had). It is also IMPOSSIBLE for a Doctor to speak to you on the phone(as I wanted after a earlier visit)--don't even ask--it won't happen and they will tell you that.(This led to an unneccessary office visit which cost me FULL price for 2 minutes of conversation that could have been handled on the phone!) Being able to talk to a MD, on the phone, was the customer service that I received from my previous doctors office(I moved) and expected from this one. I believe personal information/circumstances should be discussed with your doctor; not the office staff or receptionist. As a previous poster stated, this office continually pushes its $700.00-$1200.00 'health assessments' along with their other high dollar services. IF they put this kind of effort into truely having customer service, it would probably be a good place to go. I have had 3 bad experiences with no apologies that I was satisfied with ....there will not be a 4th. I will find another office and should have done so earlier--shame on me. Cons: Horrible Customer Service/Attitude more

Lousy execution and followthrough at a high price 3/31/2010

I have been a patient with ProPartners since there College/Lamar days. In the past 18 months there has been a significant decrease in personal service, feedback and care. The turnover with the front office staff means having to re-explain your medical circumstances repeatedly. Using incompetent people to draw blood makes each visit painful. Thier focus has gone from distinctive patient care to pushing thier assessment, diet/workout programs. This is one long time customer who will not be returning Pros: Facility looks great Cons: You pay for it, turnover in front office, push thier costly more

If you are looking for a doctor...don't look here! 10/26/2009

I used to get a yearly physical from Dr. Burns. This physical comprised of the same tests year after year...my out of pocket cost was about $100.00 after insurance. On year #3 physical, I received a bill for over $700.00. I called Dr. Burns, who didn't take my call, but transfered me to ""billing"". I asked her the details on the costs and she said that my insurance didn't take care of part of my bill...therefore it was on me. I called my insurance company (the same company and plan I've had all 3 years) explaining that I have the same physical done every year...and asked what was the price difference? They said that my doctor ""coded"" a few tests differently than the previous years. I left 3 v-mails with Dr. Burns asking him to explain the difference in coding from previous years to this year. I never received a return phone call. Annoying. I have since found another doctor...and learned an expensive lesson. Pros: Nice office, you try to get you an appointment ASAP Cons: Bad customer service, Expensive more

long-time patient 6/3/2009

I've been a patient of ProPartners since they opened their practice (in the original location). I've had routine visits and comprehensive executive physicals, probably more than a dozen visits in all. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes, been accomodated for appointments on short notice, and always been well cared for by the staff. The doctors have always taken a great deal of time to be thorough and to answer all of my questions--evidence that they care more about me as a patient than they do their pocketbooks. ProPartners provides what I'm looking for in a medical practice--quick access, excellent service, doctors who are knowledgeable and personable, and all in a great facility. more

Bottom Line 2/24/2009

I agree with the other reviewer. This group of doctors only cares about the bottom line finances and paying for their elaborate offices and big screen plasma tv's. All the glitz and glamour in the waiting room is a cover for their poor patient care and total disregard of patient needs. I urge you to find another doctor that cares more about their patients than shameless commerce.\r \r \r \r \r \r \r \r \r more

Stay away 9/25/2008

This doctor?s office only cares about making money. I was a patient until today. I have high blood pressure and needed my prescription filled. I was told they will not refill my prescription unless I come in for a physical. On my last visit, I was explained the three different types of physicals that they offer. The price range varies from a few hundred dollars to almost a thousand dollars. The point was, I informed the nurse that I did not want a physical. She claims that she check with the doctor & he stated that he would not refill my prescription unless I come in a and have a physical. The botton line it that I have been on high blood medication for years and will always be until the day I die. I have the right to refuse a physical and the right to find a new PCP which I did. more

Money hungry-Avoid 9/25/2008

Excellent physicians and staff! 9/20/2007

\r \r These doctors have the latest technology. They are old enough to be very experienced but\r young enough to keep up with the latest in medical breakthroughs. I am always able to get an appointment \r within hours of when I call and compared to other doctors I've been to in the past, I rarely have any waiting \r time at all. Othe than the Cleveland Clinic foundation in Cleveland Ohio, this has been the best medical\r experience I've had with a doctors office in my life. more

Bring a good book! 6/8/2006

After scheduling an appointment with the clinic, I waited more than an hour to see a physician. I finally walked out. Perhaps they should spend less time with their marketing campaign and more on accomodating their patients. Our time is valuable too! Pros: Nice office Cons: Extremely long wait. more
