I have been with Progressive Insurance for over 11 years. Chris always answers the phone(even on weekends!) and answers my questions. I like talking to the same person who knows me and my family. He has other insurance companies he can change me to if he finds a rate thats lower for me so he doesn't seem stuck with just one. I would definitely recommend him!
