Progressive Paving

WARNING!!! Jeff Brinster from Progressive Paving & Asphalt is the worst contractor ever, took our money and ran away, left our house destroyed!!!! Jeff Brinster, told us he would finished our job in a week and after a month and after taking 93% of the money, he ran away with our hard earn money and never returned our calls or came back. He left our house with no heat and electrical wires hanging in my basement causing a fire hazard to my family, he kept asking for more money and telling us, he didn’t have money to pay the workers and that we didn’t even have money for gas and he would threatening us to leave and take his workers if we wouldn’t give him more money , when we asked what did he do with all the money we have giving him, he told us he went and spent it in Hawaii, that’s when we decided to called the cops, and he indicated to the cops that he would finished the job, we also called the city to have an inspector check the work to learn that the supporting bin he had one of the workers installed was not done up to code, while working in our house, he got pull over by the cops and my husband had to go and drive his truck because he was driving with a suspended license, he hires day workers with no knowledge of landscaping or paving to work on the job without supervision, he never provided us with his company insurance, after we kept asking him for it which clearly indicates that he doesn’t have insurance, he took our money and left our house completely destroyed, my driveway which is completely sunk in and destroyed, my sidewalk slabs all crack, the side wall of my house filled with cracks and machinery tires marks, the ceiling inside my house full of holes, the sliding door that he installed was wrong and we had to redo it, the Steps, the cement outside the door that already came off! Destroyed our front lawn, and the list keeps on going, He is the most unprofessional and dishonest contractor and person I have ever met in my life and he would pay for all the financial and emotional distress he caused my family! He knows nothing about landscaping or any construction whatsoever! We would see him in court!!! more

STAY AWAY FROM JEFF BRINSTER OWNER OF PROGRESSIVE PAVING & ASPHALT OR HIS OTHER ALIASES PROGRESSIVE CONSTRUCTION, ETC.!!!!\r \r IN A NUTSHELL I HAD TO CALL JEFF DOZENS OF TIMES A DAY, HE HAD A DOZEN NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS, EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK, HIS WORK LOOKS HORRIBLE AND HE NEVER FINISHED THE JOB. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR WITH JEFF BRINSTER AND PROGRESSIVE PAVING & ASPHALT. MY SUGGESTION IS GOOGLE HIS NAME AND CALL THE BBB BEFORE HIRING HIM. more

I do not generally leave reviews about company's, but this company deserved to be noticed, and I hope my review helps anyone searching for a contractor in this field. I hired this contractor, and I am extremely please with the quality of work I received. The workers were very professional and helpful in any questions or concerns I may have had during construction. Its hard to find a good contractor these days, seems like everyone is out to come up on top, even at the expense of others, but not this company. I would highly recommend them!! Should I ever need your service again, I will not hesitate to employ you and your staff. I believe in word of mouth, and I will be sure to spread the word about your company. I am very satisfied with the caliber of work and products used with this contractor. These guys are top-notch!! I had the nicest, most helpful person answering the phone, so from the beginning the experience started off great!! They were very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. You have a customer for life, and I will gladly spread the word. I appreciate good service and thank you for providing me a pleasant experience. You should be proud to have such professionals in your employ. Response was quick, and the work was complete in the time frame they said it would be and what was greatly appreciated was we got a follow-up call a week after the work was done to make sure we were satisfied. Now that's customer service!! I had a pleasant and professional experience with this company and I was highly satisfied from start to finish. First off, when hiring any company to come into your home or business it is a serious matter. You want to make sure your picking the right contractor. I have always hired contractors that I had recommended to me either by word of mouth through a friend or by going online to research the company. I have researched this company and hear GREAT things about them. Which is why I hired them. I have dealt directly with the owner, and he made sure that my experience was pleasant and went as smooth as possible. Every question I had got answered thoroughly, if I didn?t understand, it was explained to me. As with all construction, it?s messy!! But I never had to come behind them and do a thing, so every time they left it was as if they were never there, which made it much easier on me. This company was dedicated to making sure the work was quality, and completed in a timely matter. I would have to say without a doubt that if you?re looking to hire a contractor and not just a handy-man, this is your company. They were very professional and fair in quoting me my estimate. I give them an all around AAAAA++++++ and I would definitely hire them again, should I ever need their services...Thanks!! more

These guys came in on a bid that was a good price on the work that they did. They stayed within budget and as the work was being done they were very clear step by step on the progress. I especially liked the fact of how they stayed very informative on anything that I did not understand and even offered suggestions at no additional cost. Clean up was great. I know the process of work can be messy but you could not tell they were there. Great Job! more

He eliminate 2 windows in my fundation and now after rain I have water in basement. He install drain pipes, everything wrong and now I have lake next to my house after rain, he start removing my asfalt driveway and dump all in my backyard, now I have to pay somebody to remove it. NEVER HIRE JEFF BRINSTER. You will lose money, time and health. He will destroy your property and house. Jeff doesnt have idea how to do driveways, patios and lanscaping work. BEWARE! See you in court jeff. more
