Profiles By Design

I always have a great experience at Profiles. I got gift certificates to Profiles both this past Christmas and the one before that. I have gotten many services and would recommend these: Kate is great with massages. Kristen is great with manicures and pedicures. And today, I just got my hair done by Melissa and she is amazing. She is an expert with color as it says on their website, so I decided to use her. She listens to exactly what you are looking for in highlights and color and she did exactly what we talked about. NO SURPRISES! \r Everyone is really friendly and the service is great there overall! The building they are in is over 200 years old and just amazing in detail. I would definately reccomend this salon! Everyone that works there is so nice. I had never been to a salon to get my hair done before, so I was a little nervous, but Britney ( who did my hair) listened to exactly what I wanted, and my highlights turned out exactly how I wanted them, and she made my hair look and feel awsome! Its so soft and I love it! She also gave my scalp a nice little massage when I was getting it washed and conditioned! Pros: Very comfortable and beautiful inside the salon. more
