Had my daughters 5th birthday party here yesterday and was very disappointed to the point where I even went outside to cry a little. I had her 4th birthday party there in the party room and the staff was so great I decided to do it again this year. Boy what a difference a year makes. They turned the party room into a bar, which I was not made aware of, so I had 16 kids plus their parents and grandparents all stuffed into a 2 lane area. I requested to speak to a manager and had 3 different employees ask what was wrong. They finally let us into the bar so I moved everyone in there only to then be told we could eat in there but couldn't open presents or have cake. So I had to move everyone back out. The staff was extremely rude, except for one young man wish I would have gotten his name. They never filled our drinks, didn't give me enough plates, cups or forks, so when we went to the front to ask for them they seemed put out or annoyed that we were asking for them when they are supposed to provide this for me. Since it was a children's party the bumpers kept messing up on the lanes and we had to keep going up to the front for them to fix it. If you are having a big party, this is not the choice to go anymore.
