Professionals-Womens Health

I was sadly disappointed by the service and staff at Professionals for Womens Health. The website gives off a caring, women-positive, midwife friendly attitude, but it was anything but. The staff was cold and reserved when I was waiting, and Dr. Moulton was downright rude to me. I was there for an annual check up and looking to change the type of birth control I was on, or switch to natural family planning methods. She proceeded to give me a "what birth control is" flyer that you would give to pre-teens and pushed the 5-10 year IUDs (after when I told her that we might be planning to have children in the next few years). Although she was totally inconsiderate, she performed one of the quickest annual exams I ever had, and I walked out of the with the exact same birth control I was looking to get off of. :-( more

I cannot say enough about Professionals for Womens Health! I was very impressed with the welcoming waiting area and the length of my wait! I have never gotten into my doctor so quickly!! They obviously don't book appointments as closely together as other places do. I was very pleased with the care and professionalism I received there. more
