I am from Texas and was in Florida on vacation and was driving my dad's 2001 Honda Odessy. On May 26, 2011, I was on my way home when the transmission went out in Tallahassee. I contacted your dealership and spoke with Brian Gorniak in the service department, who was very professional. I asked who he used for a wrecker service and he referred me to a service the dealership uses. Once I arrived at the dealership he was waiting for my arrival and the process to figure out what was wrong with the van began soon after. He understood my need to get back on the road to Texas. Brian came to me later and explained what had happened to the van. Since it was my dad's van I contacted him and so did Brian, who kept my dad in the loop of what was going on. Brian then explained what was going to happen and how long it was going to take. The courtesy van driver took me to the bus station so I could return to Orlando and picked me up when I return back to Tallahassee. After a couple hours Brian came to me and explained that there was a problem and that I needed to stay one more nite. No big deal seeing it was a holiday weekend. The courtesy van driver took me to get something to eat and then to hotel where I was going to stay for the night. The Courtesy Van driver was very professional the entire time. I would like to give a big thank you to Brian for his professionalism and attending to my need to get back to Texas and a thank you to the courtesy van driver for being professional also. Thank you again for the professionalism that showed toward me and the understanding for what my needs where.
