They are a good electric company. 10/15/2012

I've worked with ProLectric a few times. They have always been prompt, always done what they needed to do. One time they were a little short of material, but they handled it well and got it taken care of. Otherwise, I've had no issues with them. more

Quick and reliable. 10/10/2012

They're very reliable. My facility is dependent on up-time for profitability, and they understand that. So anytime I have an issue, they, in a short time-frame, get somebody out to diagnose and fix the problems to get us back up and running. We work very well with ProLectric. more

Exceded my expectations 8/16/2011

I upgraded my house from 150 to 200 amp service. This work required extensive coordination with external organizations like Georgia Power and the city inspector. In total, Georgia Power came to the house 3 times and the inspector came 3 times. Proelectric made all coordinations. Jesse and Aaron worked on my upgraded system so quickly that I had power restored to the house in a matter of hours. I would recommend them to anyone. more

ProLectric is knowledgeable, friendly and provides great service. 6/3/2011

I called ProLectric late in the afternoon. I needed a repair guy to meet and coordinate with my plumber. They were able to get together and cooperate. The issues at hand were resolved in the proper amount of time. I thought ProLectric did outstanding work and worked well with my plumber. When he was done, he asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I went ahead and had him check out a couple of other things since he was there, it was great! Seriously, these are the kind of people I want to work with. He was well-mannered, knowledgeable and handy. For that quality of service, I'd definitely use them again! more

OVER-THE-RANGE MICROWAVE INSTALLATION 5/6/2011

I have had trouble finding ANYONE in the area to install a microwave. I like things done quickly. They scheduled me right away and it was installed the next day!!! They are wonderful! I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. I am extremely satisfied! I wish everyone had the same customer service that PROLECTRIC gives to their customers! Thank you so much!!! more

ProLectric was slow at the start, but did make the finish line at the completion date. 3/23/2011

ProLectric didn't give me my best bid, however, I went with them based on their knowledge and service he provided me. He gave me suggestions on how to rectify the service issues I was up against. Although they had a slow start, they did end up finishing by the completion date. They did a very good job and didn't hammer me with extras on the final billing. Van Dunham more

Very good and quick service, great follow-up and repairs. 3/22/2011

We go for quite a while back with ProLectric. They have never mistreated us, and they have always been very good and quick in their service. It's been so many years, I forget how I first found out about them, but I believe I found them in the phone book. Even after all this time, we have had absolutely no problem to be unhappy about. They been more than good for us. They have gone out of their way to help us with electrical issues, and the follow-up and repairs were really great! more
