We go for quite a while back with ProLectric. They have never mistreated us, and they have always been very good and quick in their service. It's been so many years, I forget how I first found out about them, but I believe I found them in the phone book. Even after all this time, we have had absolutely no problem to be unhappy about. They been more than good for us. They have gone out of their way to help us with electrical issues, and the follow-up and repairs were really great! more

ProLectric didn't give me my best bid, however, I went with them based on their knowledge and service he provided me. He gave me suggestions on how to rectify the service issues I was up against. Although they had a slow start, they did end up finishing by the completion date. They did a very good job and didn't hammer me with extras on the final billing. more

I have had trouble finding ANYONE in the area to install a microwave. I like things done quickly. They scheduled me right away and it was installed the next day!!! They are wonderful! I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. I am extremely satisfied! I wish everyone had the same customer service that PROLECTRIC gives to their customers! Thank you so much!!! more

I called ProLectric late in the afternoon. I needed a repair guy to meet and coordinate with my plumber. They were able to get together and cooperate. The issues at hand were resolved in the proper amount of time. I thought ProLectric did outstanding work and worked well with my plumber. When he was done, he asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I went ahead and had him check out a couple of other things since he was there, it was great! Seriously, these are the kind of people I want to work with. He was well-mannered, knowledgeable and handy. For that quality of service, I'd definitely use them again! more

My home had a significant electrical surge during a storm which blew out my HVAC, garage door opener, cable, TVs, telephones, computer and some outlets. Jesse Burke came to the house right on time, which was so appreciated. He was thorough in his inspection of everything and suggested I have a ""full house"" surge protector placed in my electrical panel. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the price was for not only that, but for all services provided. I've also worked with ProLectric at my place of business and I highly recommend them. Very trustworthy! more

We were helped with only one phone call & received service the same day thanks to Mike Early having suggested that if we were flexible, we could be worked in if a break in a schedule occurred. Mike Tillman & Steve Morris were gracious & persistent and worked efficiently in troubleshooting & resolving our issue(s) completely. Thanks guys!! more

Great, fast service 5/28/2013

ProLectric was here promptly, they looked over the job to size it up and got whatever they needed to do it quickly. They helped expedite the total overall connection of our electrical service and they really knew what they were doing. The technician was hard working and he didn't take time to break. more
