Their bedside manners and follow-up practices are great. My cat unfortunately was hospitalized over the Thanksgiving weekend, and they were even OK for me to call every 2 hours to check her situation. Updated me with all her vitals and et cetera. But, keep in mind, if you allow them, they will not go conservative on the diagnostic tests, and it WILL cost you a fortune. PS. But be better safe than sorry. For example, my cat went there with GI problems, they told me they'd recommend to keep her over the day and examine her, instead of sending her home with meds (conservative approach), which cost me a lot more. But during the thorough examination, they have discovered she had a case of pneumonia from inhaling her vomit. They caught it early as a result, and the cat is doing fine.\r
