We have been patients of Dr. Makeever for over 20 years. He is an exceptional physician. Dr. Makeever always takes the time I need for my visits. Dr. Hagen is easy to talk to and he listens. And his nurses are the BEST. The only complaint is the location-the clinic is in Appleton and I live in Neenah. The care I receive at Primary Care Associates is always good/excellent. They are helpful and always have a smile. No one makes you feel rushed, not even Dr. Ebben. We have been seeing Dr. Ebben since the 1970s and have NEVER had a bad experience. He shows concern, understanding and is explanatory. He always gives me the feeling he has all the time in the world at my appointments. A great bedside manner, as does all the staff. The nurses are always excellent and understanding and make you feel at ease. The staff make you feel like family. Primary Care Associates of Appleton is like a ""well-oiled machine"". I recommend them to EVERYONE. more

As an older, high needs patient, my mom receives excellent care from a patient and concerned medical team with Dr. Dernlan. We travel from Michigan and it is easy to schedule all of my mom's appointments and tests during a 1-2 day window each quarter. Dr. Ralston is a fabulous physician. I recommend her to everyone! Dr. Ralston, Brenda & Tia (her nurses) work so well together - it is a seamless group. Tia & Brenda are excellent at letting us know when and if there is a delay, which is very rare as Dr. Ralston is always timely. My sons are never afraid to go for visits because of them!
