This company is owned by a crook. They sold us a $2,300 deck seal job with a 25 year warranty. We had a problem with the deck 2 months later and began calling Premier Sealer. After many unanswered messages, I decided to go to their office. The address turned out to be a UPS store that was always UPS.
I called the answering service and got an address in The Woodlands, TX. I drove across town only to find a house! A guy asked me what I was doing. I told my story and he said he just bought the company and the 25 year warranty didn't matter - everything started over when he bought the company. I told him he bought the liabilities as well. He asked me to leave. I told him he could deal with me or an attorney. He said he had plenty of money for that and told me to get my ass off his property right now.
Why was the original address a fake, the alleged new owner hiding from issues instead of returning calls & no office to go to? Why was I treated like that?
