He showed my the Rogue the car I was interested. He has followed up with me a couple of times but I told him at this point in time I was leaning more toward keeping my current vehicle. when buying vehicles for the company i don't look anywhere else. I don't know how many I have bought from Daak already but 30 isn't far off base. If I could give the service department 0 stars, I would. I made an appointment a week before only to arrive to mass confusion. Everyone wanted me to talk to someone else. Despite repeatedly saying that I only needed a new cabin air filter, no one could seem to remember this fact. After waiting for ten minutes to talk to the 'parts guy', I was walking out only to be beckoned back (with his finger) by the manager (?) who told me it would be 40 minutes. After 45 minutes, the same manager came out and informed me that they didn't have the filter. I was not happy and expressed to him my problem with informing me of this after the time for the appointment was over. I also said I would not be coming back to which he curtly replied, "I guess I'm just not doing my job this morning". After retrieving my car for me, he muttered, "...bitch..." while walking back into the store. He had no idea I heard him. It was mass chaos in that place, I felt extremely demeaned by the way I was treated regardless of the fact they didn't have the part for an appointment I made a week before. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Pros: null Cons: null more

I filled out my credit application online and Grant Holt called me the next day with the car I wanted. Needless to say I bought my car that day because it was exactly what I wanted. I went online to the four are dealers to price a Nissan Rogue and two of the dealers were lower than the other two. I purchased from Premier Nissan because of their honesty and straight forwardness, unfortunately I cannot say the same for the other dealer. Premier made it so easy, had the car ready when I got there and the figures did not change......Great experience!!!! more

Easiest purchase I have ever made 12/3/2010

this was the first time I was shopping for a ar online and it was a great experience. I sent emails to five dealerships and only 2replied with a price. Premier insane had exactly what I wanted and I got a great price. The best part was that it didn't take all day like the last few times. I only spent about two hours at the dealership from start to finish. My salesperson Daak was great and made the whole thing a breeze.much better than I expected and I would definetly recommend premier Nissan for your next purchase. more
