As the son of a former patient, and myself a passenger, had I known the true condition of Premier's units, I never would have allowed my Mother to be transported in them. As an employee, I found out first hand on my own and from other fellow drivers as well, about the condition of these vehicles. And as an employee, I tried my best to make sure for myself, fellow drivers and most of all patients, that the units were functioning properly. To no avail on my part. Premier treats it drivers who are the face and backbone of the company like second class citizens and pay them the least amount of wage.\r
