Great job demonstrating skills. Thanks. A complex job, a simple repair. The accessabiltiy to the problem area proved a challenge, but the repairman demonstrated resourcefulness in being creative and managed to approach the problem using alternate methods, thus cutting what could have been several hours of labor. more

2nd time I used your company. Everything is fine. Let me put it this way: It's very simple, if I didn't like your service, then I'd use somebody else. If you want to really understand how you're doing just look at your repeat customers -- don't waste our time with these "Intuit/Quickbooks"-style management shortcuts to do your real evaluation job. more

Preferred Plumbing & Drain did everything I expected them to do in a timely manner. I've already recommended them to a couple of people. I own several properties and I use different plumbers. I got bids for a job, and went with Preferred Plumbing. They were punctual and got right to work. They cleaned up after they were done, which was great. They addressed and corrected the original problems and there wasn't any up-charging or finding other issues that weren't there. They were highly professional and efficient. I've already used them again about three times, and will use them again in the future. more
